What is GoGreenEtc?GoGreenEtc.com is a virtual marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of green products. Buyers have the ability to shop for products by searching various categories and sellers or producers of green products have a very inexpensive yet extremely functional site to list and promote their items. Here is the cool thing about GoGreenEtc.com, we will donate ten percent of all the profits to our charitable partners (please see our charity page). Think of us as a commerce website where you can buy healthy products and donate to the health and sustainability of the planet at the same time. With your help we can make a difference.
How do I get started on GoGreenEtc?You have to register before you can buy or sell on Go Green Etc. Don’t worry its easy! Simply click the registration button at the top of every page and enter the required information. We do have a privacy policy and your information will not be shared with third party solicitors.
Is there a fee for signing up?There is no fee for buyers to shop (of course you will have to pay the seller if you want the enjoyment of a product) just make sure you register prior to sending a payment. There is a monthly membership fee for sellers. Our first 2000 sellers will be charged $12.95 per month to list and sell product (half the normal monthly rate). This is the only fee sellers pay regardless of how many products are uploaded and sold. We have no listing fee’s and we don’t take a commission.
I am not able to log-in, what do I do?When you register you will be asked to create a username and password if you forget your username or password see below.

I forgot my password, what do I do?On the sign in page, you will find a “forgot my password button”, press the button, fill out the form and your password will be sent to you.
How do I change my password?Login to your account; select the “manage my account” button. From there select the My Account tab, toward the bottom of this page you will be able to change your password.
How do I cancel my account?If for an unfortunate reason you need to cancel your membership you may do so at any time. You will be billed for the current month. Log on to your paypal account, at ww.paypal.com. Select account then transaction history (this is the big box in the middle of the page that shows everything that you bought or sold). Find the last transaction with GoGreenEtc.com, select details. This will bring up a new page, scroll to the bottom and you will see “cancel subscription” button. Select this button and confirm you would like to cancel. Your store will go dark at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Can I open multiple accounts?Sellers can open multiple stores but you will need a separate email for each account. Each store will be billed the monthly membership fee.
How do I get my products featured?You can feature your products on the home page or on a category page. Just let us know where you would like to feature a product by contacting us at feature@gogreenetc.com. There is a fee of $7.00 per day that your product is featured on the HOME page and $4.00 per day to have a product featured on a category page.
How do I get my store featured?You can feature your store on the home page or on a category page. Just let us know where you would like to feature your store by contacting us at feature@gogreenetc.com. There is a fee of $7.00 per day that your store is featured on the HOME page and $4.00 per day to have your store featured on a category page.
